Resistance and Adaptability in Change Management at Vocational High School in West Java, Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence resistance change and adaptability on management at Vocational High School (VHS) in West Java, Indonesia. Using survey quantitative approach, research was conducted 61 VHS 27 regencies/cities with a representative sample 183 teachers. data were analyzed by descriptive Partial Least Square (PLS). It found that has negative management, positive management. Thus, schools have low tendency resist because they certainty participate changes willingness undertake programs support emergent changes. high propensity handle dynamic change. This expected an impact school get better picture how manage effectively efficiently, government, industry, community interactively design system process vocational schools.
